Week 1 (April 26): "The Starting Line Challenge"

Theme: Just finish! Goal: Complete 1 mile Award: Everyone who finishes gets high-fives from kids 

Week 2 (May 3): "Beat Your Time Challenge"

Theme: Personal Record attempt Goal: Beat your Week 1 time Award: Special recognition for anyone who improves 

Week 3 (May 10): "Halfway Challenge"

Theme: Consistency Goal: Show up for Week 3 (halfway milestone!) Award: "Halfway Hero" social media shoutout 

Week 4 (May 17): "Push It Challenge"

Theme: Mental toughness Goal: Your hardest effort yet Award: "Beast Mode" recognition 

Week 5 (May 31): "Championship Challenge"

Theme: Season PR attempt + celebration Goal: Best mile of the season Award: Season champion medals, photos, celebration
